The company Nitera Mold was founded in 2017 and deals with the production of metal structures and substructures based on the principle of "custom-made" products. Also, the company deals with consulting related to structures and engineering in the production of metal structures. The production program includes the production of industrial equipment for production lines according to the requirements and needs of clients. Laser cutting of sheet metal

We are able to offer sheet metal cutting services using a 6 kW fiber laser with dimensions of 1500×3000 mm.

Locksmith and welding sector

Among our CO2 welding machines, we use top-quality MIG machines such as KEMPPI, Var-stroj, and Wurth.

Painting and plasticizing sector

In addition to powder coating, we also provide compressor-based metal painting services.

Sheet metal processing sector

In the sheet metal processing sector, we have a machine park for cutting, bending, punching, and trimming sheet metal.

Metal and non-metal processing sector

In the metal and non-metal processing sector, we have a machine park for turning, milling, and drilling steel, light metals, and non-metal materials.

Consulting and Engineering Sector

We provide technical documentation services (3D models, drawings) within the sector using software intended for 3D modeling.

Our Projects

In order to realize the project, it is necessary to take several steps before the start of its creation, it is necessary to review and set requirements, make documentation, 3D model. If the user agrees with the prepared documentation, the production of the product and semi-finished product is started, and quality control is carried out, and finally packaging and transport to the user. Part of the project can also be assembly in the factory or the user's hall. If the user requires additional tests in order to determine the satisfaction of certain standards, such as, for example: mechanical durability of the device, resistance to salt fog, and the like, the necessary documentation can be provided. Experienced designers, engineers and technicians make the whole way from the conceptual solution to the final realization of the project.
